Subscription-based payments are accepted for our product ("Subscriptions"). As a result, you will consistently receive advance payments (referred to as "billing cycles") for the services you get. Depending on the subscription plan you choose when buying a Subscription, billing cycles are typically monthly or yearly. Your preferred payment method will be used to charge your purchase upon confirmation and at the beginning of each new billing period. Unless you cancel your account through your online account management page or by emailing us at webfunnels.ph before the end of the billing cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew at the conclusion of each payment cycle. Although we would never want to lose a customer, you have the option to stop auto-renewal at any time; in this case, your subscription will remain active until the conclusion of the current monthly cycle. If you do not want your subscription to automatically renew, you can cancel it as soon as it begins.
We want every new client to look forward to doing business with us. In that regard, within thirty (7) days of your initial Kajabi signup, we offer a complete, no-questions-asked refund. You can contact us by email at
webfunnels.ph within thirty (7) days of your trial, you must inform us that your plan is being canceled. After then, there are no refunds or credits for partially utilized subscription periods, and all payments are final. You will continue to have access to the Product through the end of your current paying cycle after any cancellation, as was already specified. Anyone who violates this refund policy will be denied a refund at our discretion.
With respect to aggregate and de-identified data derived from your Content, as well as any residual backup copies of your Content made in the ordinary course of our business, this license for such limited purposes continues even after you stop using our Product. This license also extends to any trusted third parties with whom we collaborate to provide the Product to you. If you provide us with feedback or suggestions about our Product, we may use and share them without compensation or obligation to you.
Kajabi shall have the non-exclusive right and license to promote our Product using the names, trademarks, service marks, and logos associated with your business. Any goodwill generated by the use of your name and logo will be beneficial to you.
